GUIO Design Studio S.A.S., hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of its Connectify platform, a Software as a Service (SaaS) service for the management and operation of events, communities and interactive experiences. 2.1. Identification Data: Personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, city and country is collected when users register or interact with Connectify services.
2.2. Usage Data: Activities within the platform are recorded, such as access, preferences, interactions, completed forms, surveys and participation in digital or offline activities.
2.3. Payment Data: Where applicable, data relating to payment methods will be processed for billing and the provision of contracted services.
3. Use of Data

6. Processing of Data Collected by Connectify Clients
6.1. Client Responsibility (Event Organizer or Administrator):
The Client acknowledges that it is the data controller for data collected through Connectify (for example, registrations, forms, lead scanners and networking among attendees or sponsors).
The Client declares that:
- It has obtained the prior, informed and express consent of end users to collect and use their personal data.
- It complies with applicable data protection legislation (Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 or other applicable international regulations).
Accordingly, the Client releases GUIO Design Studio S.A.S. from any claim arising from the misuse of data by the Client or its partners.
6.2. Limitation of Connectify’s Liability:
Connectify acts solely as a technology provider and therefore:
- Will not use personal data for purposes other than those strictly necessary to operate the platform.
- Will not be responsible for the use that the Client or third parties (such as sponsors or suppliers) make of the collected data.
6.3. Client Obligations toward Third Parties:
The Client must ensure that any third party with access to data:
- Respects the terms of the consent given.
- Implements appropriate security measures.
- Does not use the data for unauthorized purposes (e.g., spam, unsolicited advertising or resale of data).
7. Changes to the Policy
GUIO Design Studio S.A.S. may amend this policy to reflect legislative, technological or service changes. Any substantial change will be communicated through Connectify’s official channels.
